No more rushing to drop off your garments before we close! Our secure and easy-to-use drop box is accessible around the clock, allowing you to drop off your items at any time that suits your schedule

Here's how it works:

1.Use a Fabricare Center provided garment bag or any bag marked with your name and phone number
2. To open the drop box:
Enter the code 1 2 3 and turn the knob to the right then pull the door open
3. Drop your bag in the drop box

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I get a laundry bag?

Come by our store during normal business hours and ask an attendant or put a note in your bag and we would be happy to provide your with a Fabricare Center laundry bag. 

 

Where do I leave my bag?

Place your bag inside the drop box for secure, hassle-free service.

 

Who handles my clothes?

All cleaning is done by Fabricare Center at our facility in Sandy Springs, GA.

 

What if I have a special request or notes for my order?

Before placing your bag inside the drop box, put a note inside with any special request you have. This can include special instructions and alteration requests.

 

How do I track my order?

Once your order is received the following morning, a Fabricare Center team member will enter your items into your clothes tracker. By logging into your account you can view the status of your items and expected ready date.

 

How do I pay for my order?

Enter your preferred card into your secure account during signup and you're ready to go! We will charge you for your service the days your items are ready for pick up.

 

What if I have an issue with my order?
