Which plan is right for me?

Most individuals typically do 8 loads a month. If the plan you selected does not suit your needs, you can change your plan at any time. The new plan will take effect as soon as your current plan expires.

Can I combine my subscription plan with other discounts?

Sorry, subscription plans are already discounted and may not be combined with any other offers, coupons or promotions. Other discounts and offers will be applied to any charges not associated with your laundry plan (Dry cleaning, Household, etc.). 

How do I switch plans?

If the subscription plan you initially purchased does not fit your needs, you can switch your plan at any time. The new plan will take affect as soon as your current plan expires.

How long is the plan for?

The laundry plan is month to month and will automatically renew on the renewal date each month unless you notify us prior to renewal day to cancel.

How about special items such as comforters and blankets?

These items are not included in the plan and will be charged individually and billed to your credit card on a per order basis.

Are dry cleaning and laundered shirts included?

These plans are only for wash & fold orders. Dry cleaning and laundered shirts are charged per piece as part of our dry cleaning service.

Do I pay a service or delivery fee?

There are no additional fees for our subscription plan service. All deliveries are free, always.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Email help@fcdrycleaners.com at least one day prior to your renewal date and we’ll cancel your subscription for you.
