When will I receive my laundry bag?

You can then expect to receive your garment bag(s) within 1 -2 business days after signing up. We also have welcome kits at the concierge desk with temporary bags inside. Remember to include your name and number inside the bag with your first order.


Where do I leave my bag?

Once you have placed your order online, drop your bag off with your concierge to be picked up by Fabricare Center.


Who handles my clothes?

All cleaning is done by Fabricare Center at our facility in Sandy Springs, GA.


What if I have a special request or notes for my order?

When placing your order online, you will be prompted to enter any cleaning instructions you would like to request. This can include special instructions and alteration requests.


How do I track my order?

Once your order is received at our facility a Fabricare Center team member will enter your items into your clothes tracker. By logging into your account you can view the status of your items and expected delivery date.


How do I pay for my order?

Enter your preferred card into your secure account during signup and you're ready to go! We will charge you for your service the days your items are scheduled to be delivered.
